Digital cosmetics refunds
Policy version 2026-11-01.1 · Real purchases remain unavailable during payment testing.
A 60-day request window
For paid Wayrovia digital profile frames, banners, wheel badges, and matching sets, you may request a refund within 60 days of payment. This means 60 consecutive 24-hour periods, including weekends. The time we receive your request determines whether it is within the window, not the time processing finishes.
Requesting and receiving a refund
When real purchases are available, use the refund option on your receipt or contact team@wayrovia.com with your order reference. Do not send payment-card details or login codes. Eligible requests can be processed automatically after payment and ownership checks; an uncertain, disputed, or previously refunded payment may need review.
The self-service option refunds the entire selected order, including its paid sales tax, to the original payment method. A matching set is refunded together. Ask support if you need help with individual items in a multi-item order. Refunded cosmetics from that order are removed from your library and cannot remain equipped. Unrelated purchases and free gifts are unaffected.
A confirmed refund is not a promise of immediate bank credit. The payment provider and your bank determine when it appears. A request awaiting confirmation is not shown as completed, and you should not submit a replacement payment to obtain a refund.
Your rights and payment-provider rules
After 60 days, the standard self-service window closes, but you can still contact support about non-delivery, defective or misdescribed content, unauthorized payments, or any rights provided by applicable law. This policy does not limit mandatory cancellation, refund, or dispute rights. Where Stripe Managed Payments handles a transaction, its applicable refund terms also apply and control if they provide greater rights.
This policy covers Wayrovia digital cosmetics only. Physical merchandise, independent Porter listings, business-owned checkouts, and event admission have their own seller and return terms. Test payments move no real money and create only isolated test entitlements.
