Effective August 11, 2026. Storage, visit-counting, and advertising information clarified October 9, 2026; report-triggered screening clarified October 11, 2026; external merchandise checkout clarified October 17, 2026; privacy-control access clarified October 28, 2026.

1. Information Wayrovia collects

Wayrovia collects account information such as email, username, profile details, settings, authentication records, and policy-acceptance records including the policy version, policy hash, acceptance source, timestamp, and limited browser information; content such as cards, posts, media, comments, messages, groups, events, listings, votes, and nominations; transaction records for the Wayrovia Store; device and usage information; and safety, copyright, rights-request, and moderation records.

2. Age screening

Wayrovia is for people age 13 and older. The registration screen asks for a complete date of birth in a neutral manner to determine eligibility. The application uses the complete date to calculate age, then stores only the birth year and verification date, along with the verification method. Wayrovia does not use the age screen to encourage a particular answer.

If Wayrovia obtains actual knowledge that personal information was collected from a child under 13, it may disable the account and delete the information or take other steps required by applicable law.

3. How information is used

Information is used to operate accounts and community features, personalize discovery, process uploads, deliver notifications, prevent abuse, secure the service, support users, measure performance, enforce policies, respond to rights requests, and comply with law.

4. Visibility and sharing

Public profiles, cards, posts, events, groups, comments, and listings can be viewed and shared by others according to their visibility settings. Private messages and invite-only content are limited to intended participants, but may be accessed by authorized reviewers when needed for a report, legal obligation, or service security.

Wayrovia uses service providers for hosting and databases, account authentication, email delivery, security checks, and business communications. These providers process information to perform services for Wayrovia. Wayrovia does not sell personal information.

Merchandise links to Printful Quick Stores lead to an external service. If you purchase there, Printful collects the checkout information needed for payment, delivery, tax, and order support under Printful's Privacy Policy. Do not enter payment details into Wayrovia messages. Information you send to Wayrovia for order support is handled under this policy; a merchandise link does not itself give Wayrovia your payment-card details.

5. Location, camera, and media

Browser location is requested only when you choose location-aware features such as nearby Marketplace results or maps. Exact device location is not displayed to sellers. Event and listing locations may be public when a Porter chooses to publish them. Camera, gallery, microphone, and file access occur only after you choose to upload or capture media.

6. Safety and legal records

When report-triggered media screening is enabled, supported public media reported for nudity or sexual content may be sent to AWS Rekognition for automated analysis. This screening does not inspect private messages. Temporary video copies are kept in restricted storage, with removal attempted after the check and a one-day expiry rule as a fallback; expiry processing is not instantaneous. Screening results, content fingerprints, cost reservations, and appeal decisions are retained as safety records. Authors can appeal automated visibility restrictions.

Reports and rights requests may include contact information, content locations, attestations, signatures, case history, and review decisions. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. These records may be retained as reasonably necessary to investigate, prevent repeat abuse, respond to disputes, comply with law, and document Wayrovia's actions.

7. Retention and deletion

Business-review requests include a registered name, jurisdiction, public-record link, business contact details, and review notes. Authorized account-review staff use these to check registration and representation. Other Porters see only the review status, not the application or reviewer notes. Requests are deleted through account deletion; limited staff decision records may remain for security and dispute handling. Do not submit private identity or tax documents through this feature.

An account-deletion request immediately hides the profile and community content and starts a 30-day recovery period. After that period, Wayrovia deletes associated account content through its deletion process. Limited records may remain when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, rights enforcement, legal obligations, backups, disputes, or completed transactions.

8. Security

Wayrovia uses access controls, protected management roles, multi-factor authentication for sensitive accounts, rate limits, security challenges, and audit records. Wayrovia does not store passwords in its community database. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Never send passwords, authentication codes, or payment credentials in messages.

9. Your choices

You can manage profile visibility, notification preferences, password, personalization choices, and account deletion in Account Settings. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting team@wayrovia.com. Rights available under state or other applicable privacy laws will be honored when they apply.

10. Browser storage and visit counts

Wayrovia and its service providers use browser storage and cookies where needed for sign-in, security, and saved preferences such as appearance. Clearing or blocking that storage can sign you out or reset preferences.

Wayrovia's aggregate page-load counter stores daily totals by page area, including a separate total for signed-in page loads. That counter does not store names, email addresses, IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or a visitor-by-visitor history. It counts page loads, not unique people; repeat visits can increase the count. Historical totals cannot distinguish owner activity from other visitors.

Optional audience measurement, described October 30, 2026, is separate and off until you allow it in Privacy and cookie settings. It saves your preference in this browser and a random visit identifier in tab-session storage. Measured events contain coarse page areas, a referral-service category, screen-size group, a visible-page engagement indicator, time, and an owner/staff, self-marked testing, signed-in, or signed-out category. It does not store account identifiers, names, email addresses, IP addresses, full referral URLs, search terms, or browser fingerprints in audience records. Authentication is used only to determine the category, not to connect those records to your profile.

A measured visit renews after 30 minutes between recorded activity, at midnight UTC, or after four hours. Reports cover the most recent 31 UTC dates. Older event records are removed during routine cleanup and as new events arrive; operational backups follow their separate retention. Staff see aggregate reports, not a named visitor history. Declining or withdrawing optional measurement stops new audience events and removes the tab-session identifier. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals also disable it. Audience permission does not grant advertising consent.

11. Advertising and privacy choices

Google ads are not currently enabled on Wayrovia. An AdSense ownership-verification tag or authorized-seller listing does not display ads or set Google advertising cookies by itself.

If Wayrovia enables Google advertising, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to Wayrovia or other websites. Google's advertising cookies allow it and its partners to serve personalized ads based on those visits, subject to applicable consent and privacy choices.

You can learn how Google uses information on partner sites in Google's partner-site privacy information and manage personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center. Options for participating third-party vendors are available through YourAdChoices. These external controls do not replace any consent or opt-out choices required on Wayrovia.

Visit Privacy and cookie settings to load Google's applicable privacy controls. Loading those controls contacts Google's consent service with advertising requests paused. Google may read existing cookies on its domains while its scripts load; those paused requests do not use that data for ad serving or measurement. The consent service may save your privacy choices. If the service cannot load, advertising remains off. Accepting the account policies is not consent to personalized advertising.

12. Changes and contact

Wayrovia may update this policy as the beta and service change. Material updates will be dated and communicated when practical. Privacy questions may be sent to team@wayrovia.com.
